Is there a free trial?
Since we customize the AI service to your business, we don't have free trials. However, we'd be happy to show you a demo of the system by going to the top header, selecting Review Tools and selecting the demo our AI.

How do the ReviewPro tap cards work?
The cards have a QR code that can be easily scanned by any mobile phone. They're also powered by NFC (Near Field Communication) that allows users to tap their phone on the card to leave a review.
What kind of access do you need?
Once you sign up, we'll need to get manager access to your Google Business Profile, and editor access to your social accounts (Facebook & Instagram). This allows ReviewPro to answer your reviews, power your review widget, and post all the good reviews to your social platforms.
How do the ReviewPro cards help me get reviews?
When you sign up, we'll ship you the cards. When you get them, just scan one of the cards and fill out the simple form to activate up to 5 cards at once. They'll be active within 24 hours, and after that, a scan or tap will direct the customer to your Review Shield portal and the app will record your insights and analytics.
What kind of support and training do you offer?
Other than using the ReviewPro cards to get reviews, the system is literally hands free. We'll ensure that we get all the proper business info and connections to set up your custom AI-powered system within your account.
What if I want to cancel?
We don't lock you into any long term contract. If you decide to cancel we'll be sad, but you can keep the ReviewPro cards forever.
